Inventory Gap Assessments

While countless engineering firms focus on your "standard" LDAR 3rd party audit (which has a heavy-focus on comparative Method 21 monitoring), we perform inventory gap assessments using our inventory experience and electronic tools to give you an objective view of the quality of your program's inventory. How do we do it?

Step 1: P&ID and LDAR Database Data Review

To start our review, we analyze data from your LeakDAS or GuideWare database against the information provided on your P&IDs to identify any telling trends and insights which can impact compliance.

Step 2: Field Inventory Review with EiMOC Tablets

Using a complete Master Equipment List (MEL) backup loaded up on one of our EiMOC tablets, our gap assessment team can performs field inventory walk-downs, electronically noting any issues which are later used to benchmark compliance in each unit. 

Step 3: Inventory Benchmarking and Closeout

Combining the results of the database, P&ID, and field inventory review, we prepare inventory and compliance benchmarks, along with a summary of any issues (both compliance and supplemental) that were identified during the review.
