Ei has developed a reporting tool that utilizes AutoCAD P&ID in order to fulfill several of the data reporting requirements in the EPA's Refinery Information Collection Request (ICR).
In early April 2011, U.S. EPA issued an Information Collection Request (ICR) to all 152 operating petroleum refineries in the United States to update their air emissions inventories in accordance with the newest protocols. The EPA will use the data it receives to update the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) regulations governing refinery operations.
